Arena REIT disclosed the entry into voluntary administration after notifications about the condition of the childcare group arrived.
Advisory firm KordaMentha was chosen as administrator for Edge Early Learning. Administrators have taken over oversee the operations and financial health of the childcare provider. Arena REIT No 1 was given formal notice about the process. The entry into administration leaves 70 childcare centres facing uncertainty while KordaMentha oversees the process.
