Kingborough Lions stunned Melbourne Victory 3-0 in the Australia Cup at the Showgrounds in Hobart. Around 3,000 fans turned up and watched the A-League side lose pretty badly, with the result ending Victory's cup run immediately. Down the road, Melbourne City cruised past Weston Bears 3-0 without real stress. The two Melbourne sides now press on to the round of 16. Attention turns back to the league for Victory after a bruising night in Hobart.
