Rogers Communications completed its acquisition of the remaining 37.5 percent stake in Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment from Kilmer Sports for $4.35 billion.
The deal turns Rogers the sole owner of MLSE.
This move increases Rogers' control over the Toronto Maple Leafs, Toronto Raptors, and various teams within the company's athletic portfolio.
Multiple outlets verified the closed transaction on Monday.
Rogers previously held a majority stake in MLSE alongside Kilmer Sports.
