proposals for 484 new homes and a new school on the outskirts of Northallerton are progressing Hambleton's Local Plan near Stokesley Road with 109 homes approved previously at Allerton Gate covering about 28 hectares of farmland near Stokesley Road to foster a balanced, diverse community. Includes a new link road between Stokesley and Bullamoor Roads with green spaces, shops and small businesses and pedestrian/cyclist links to the town center. The development forms part of Hambleton's Local Plan housing strategy aligned with town improvements funded regionally.
