A 22-year-old passenger lost their life on Loop 1604 in San Antonio after a driver accused of DWI struck a pillar. San Antonio police were called to the North Side collision and found the driver showing signs of intoxication.
In a separate incident, an employee at a BBQ restaurant was stabbed in the arm and chest in what police called a random attack outside the restaurant. The employee is in recovery after the attack.
