Raising Cane's Announces Opening Date for First Central Coast Location
A popular fast-food chain has set an opening date for its first Central Coast restaurant. Salinas Councilman Andrew Sandoval visited the Raising Cane’s site at Northridge Mall's parking lot. The restaurant is scheduled to open on November 18.
Raising Cane’s, known for its chicken fingers, was announced for the "Salad Bowl of the World" earlier in 2024, and fans have eagerly awaited the announcement.
Opening Day Events
- A DJ will start playing at 6:30 a.m.
- At 7 a.m., the first 20 customers in line will receive free Raising Cane’s for a year.
- Anyone standing in line from 7 a.m. onwards will also have special promotions.
New Businesses at Northridge Mall
Raising Cane’s is one of five new businesses opening at the mall, joining Burlington, Dave & Buster’s, and Gohan Buffet. O’Reilly Auto Parts has already opened in the same area where these new stores are being added.
