November Community Day: Pikipek — Pokémon GO
On Sunday, November 30, 2025, starting at 2:00 p.m. local time, Pikipek, the Woodpecker Pokémon, will be featured during November's Community Day. Pikipek will appear more frequently across the wild.
If you’re lucky, you might encounter a Shiny Pikipek or one with a Special Background.
Evolving and Special Moves
During the event and up to four hours after it ends, evolve Trumbeak (Pikipek’s evolution) to receive a Toucannon that knows the Charged Attack Beak Blast.
Exclusive Special Research
For US$1.99 (or the equivalent in local currency), players can purchase access to the Pikipek Community Day-exclusive Special Research. Completing this research grants additional rewards, though it does not include an in-game medal or a story.
Tickets are nonrefundable (subject to applicable law and exceptions in the Terms of Service). Gifting of tickets is restricted if the recipient has already purchased or been gifted this Special Research.
Event Bonuses and Duration
- Most bonuses are active only during the three-hour event window starting at 2:00 p.m. local time.
- Pikipek will have a very high chance to appear at PokéStops with active regular Lure Modules.
- Pikipek attracted by regular Lure Modules will still have an increased chance to be Shiny and may feature a Special Background.
These features extend players' opportunities to encounter Pikipek beyond the official event hours.
