2025 Clemson Athletic Hall of Fame Inductees
Clemson athletics and IPTAY’s Block C Club are inducting 10 former Tiger standouts into the Clemson Athletic Hall of Fame class of 2025. These honored members will be introduced tonight during the football game against Florida State at Memorial Stadium.
Tim Bourret – Sports Information Department
- Tenure: Worked at Clemson sports information from 1978 to 2018; assistant director under Bob Bradley (1978–1989), director from July 1989 to July 2018.
- Inductions & Awards:
- National College Sports Information Directors Hall of Fame inductee (2017).
- Lifetime Achievement Award from the College Sports Information Directors Association (2019).
- Bobby Richardson Award from South Carolina Athletic Hall of Fame (2018).
- Leadership: Under his direction, Clemson earned the “Super 11” award from the Football Writers Association five times for top-11 football SID offices nationwide.
- Publications: Edited over 100 award-winning Clemson publications, including 37 focused on Clemson football.
- Additional Roles:
- Served on ESPN’s committee marking the 150th anniversary of college football.
- In his 47th year broadcasting Clemson men’s basketball games, recognized as the dean of ACC sport broadcasters.
- Thirteen years as a color commentator for Clemson football games.
- Honor: Named an honorary alumnus of Clemson in 2007.
