The Vancouver Canucks have officially ended their relationship with Russian winger Vitali Kravtsov. General Manager Patrik Allvin announced on Tuesday that Kravtsov, 25, was placed on unconditional waivers to terminate his contract.
Kravtsov attended Vancouver’s training camp in Penticton, B.C., before being assigned to the Abbotsford Canucks, the team’s American Hockey League affiliate. There, he recorded one goal and three assists in 10 games.
