Jetstar Resumes International Flights from Avalon
The low-cost airline Jetstar will restart international flights from Avalon Airport with new services launching next March. This marks the first time international flights have operated from Avalon since early 2020.
Flight Routes and Schedule
- Five weekly flights from Avalon to Bali starting 23 March, operated by Jetstar’s A321neo LR fleet.
- Up to seven weekly flights between Avalon and Adelaide from 26 March.
- Additional capacity to Brisbane, increasing by up to five flights per week.

Impact of the Expansion
The expansion will add over 330,000 seats annually to and from Avalon Airport. According to Avalon Airport CEO Ari Suss, this growth will benefit both local residents and tourists.
