Franklin & Marshall College has canceled all campus events this weekend due to a power outage caused by a transformer malfunction. The incident occurred Saturday morning on Harrisburg Pike, affecting the college and nearby neighborhoods.
Due to the outage, Franklin & Marshall Athletics moved two basketball games to road venues:
"We are pleased to report that significant progress has been made, and we remain confident that full power will be restored to campus later today," said Peter Durantine, director of media relations.
Repair crews are actively working to restore power as soon as possible.
