Starting 25 March 2026, Jetstar will offer direct flights from Sunshine Coast to Bali (Denpasar) three times a week, using their modern Airbus A321LR aircraft. This new route provides over 70,000 low-fare seats annually and is the first direct connection between these two destinations.
With a flight time of only six hours, travelers can now bypass Brisbane and fly straight to Bali's renowned beaches, culture, and tropical atmosphere, saving both time and expenses.
This route will be Jetstar’s tenth direct flight from Australia to Bali and the fourth departing from Queensland. It follows the successful debut of their Gold Coast to Bali flights earlier this year.
The new Sunshine Coast to Bali flights are scheduled to connect seamlessly with Jetstar’s Bali to Singapore services. This allows passengers to depart the Sunshine Coast in the morning and arrive in Singapore by dinner.
“The new service marks an exciting milestone for the region, with Jetstar becoming the first carrier ever to offer direct flights between Sunshine Coast and Bali.”
“Travellers can now skip the trip to Brisbane and fly straight to Bali’s beaches, culture, and tropical charm - saving time, money, and the road trip.”
Author's summary: Jetstar’s new Sunshine Coast to Bali route offers convenient, affordable travel with quick connections to Singapore, enhancing international options for Queensland travelers.
