High Lander and Thai Partners Launch National Drone Delivery Pilot in Bangkok
Thailand has initiated a nationwide drone delivery trial in Bangkok, led by National Telecom Public Company Limited (NT), the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT), and High Lander Aviation. This initiative marks a major advancement toward creating national infrastructure for unmanned aerial deliveries.

The large-scale event, titled “The New Era of Drone Delivery,” featured demonstrations of real-time aerial operations. It highlighted how integrated unmanned traffic management (UTM) can support safe drone use in urban airspace.
Technology Integration
High Lander’s Vega UTM platform was connected to NT’s 5G network, providing live visibility, automated flight permissions, and collision avoidance. This combination allowed operators to track drone telemetry and coordinate flights efficiently.
