Edinburgh Trams will observe Remembrance Sunday (9 November) and Armistice Day (11 November) to honor those who lost their lives in World War I, World War II, and recent conflicts.
On both days, Edinburgh Trams will offer free travel to veterans and active members of the Army, Navy, and Air Force. To access this, individuals need only show their military ID or wear their uniform.
“Each year I am proud to show our support at Edinburgh Trams on both Remembrance Sunday and Armistice Day. As a former veteran myself, and a number of our colleagues being former service men and women, we are passionate about paying tribute to all of those who have paid the ultimate price throughout the years while serving our country.” — Lea Harrison
