Boston enjoyed another thrilling finish on Wednesday night as Pavel Zacha netted a rebound goal with just six seconds remaining in overtime, lifting the Bruins to a 3-2 victory over the Ottawa Senators and extending their winning streak to five games.
Goaltender Joonas Korpisalo stopped 20 shots to help secure the win, while Linus Ullmark, facing his former team for the first time since being traded to Ottawa before the 2024–25 season, recorded 22 saves.
“We just kept pushing, and it paid off right at the end,” said Zacha after the game.
The Bruins have now won six of their last seven games following a previous six-game losing streak. The Senators, meanwhile, have dropped three of their past four contests as they continue to search for consistency.
Boston’s determination shone through as Zacha’s last-second overtime goal sealed a fifth straight win, underscoring the team’s regained momentum and balanced roster depth.
