CITROËN CREATES THE CHARGE UP IN 30 GUIDE, AS HALF OF PARENTS SAY THEY ARE CONCERNED THAT THEIR CHILDREN DON’T GET ENOUGH EXERCISE

Citroën Addresses Children’s Exercise Concerns with New Guide

Recent research by Citroën reveals that 50% of parents worry their children are not getting enough physical activity. Over a third of parents identify lack of time as the primary barrier to exercising, with this figure rising to 45% in London.

Introducing the Charge Up In 30 Guide

To help families stay active, Citroën created the Charge Up In 30 Guide, which offers easy-to-follow exercise routines for the whole family. The workouts are designed to fit into the time it takes to rapidly charge the new Citroën ë-C3, which is under 30 minutes.

Expert-Led Fitness Program

The guide was developed by Alex Bell, British 5km Road Running Champion and Olympic 800m finalist, along with her coach Andrew Henderson, Head Coach at Leeds England Athletics Hub.

Supporting Grassroots Athletics

This initiative is part of Citroën’s ongoing partnership with England Athletics, an organization focused on grassroots running and athletics development in England.

The Charge Up In 30 Guide can be downloaded from the official Citroën website.

"One in five parents find it hard to exercise specifically with their children, despite 91% encouraging them to be active."

Citroën also encourages signing up for the Stellantis Communications Newsletter to stay updated on news and developments.

Summary

Citroën's new guide empowers families to fit exercise into their busy lives, promoting health and activity during the typical EV charging time.
