The US will cap the number of KC-135 Stratotankers at Ben Gurion Airport to a capped amount, according to Israel’s transport minister. Initial reports warned that a pause in US aerial refueling flights could disrupt tens of thousands of Travel bookings. Israel had already stopped more aircraft from arriving. The KC-135 stays a primary asset for aerial refueling in the area. The reduced cap is meant to ease airport delays and keeping some refueling support.
