New South Wales Blues announced a fresh squad for State of Origin Game 3 on Sunday ahead of the crucial decider.
Coach Nigel Daley dropped centre Cam To'o and introduced wing Brenden Bostock.
The changes increase the tally to six omissions after the side lost its previous two matches.
Daley said the revisions were needed to reset the team's direction.
Bostock will step onto the field for the first time in the decider.
The squad also includes seasoned veterans and new blood as the Blues aim to reverse the series fortunes.
