Season 2 of Blue Protocol: Star Resonance introduces the Shadow of Dreams Season, concluding the previous Void Season. The update adds new systems that influence progression, as well as fresh challenges and regions.
The update adds two interconnected attributes affecting player performance. Dream Strength depends on your Deep Sleep Level, seasonal equipment, and reforging progress.
"If your Dream Strength is lower than the enemy's Dream Strength, you deal significantly less damage, receive less healing, and take more damage."
Enemies’ Dream Strength is shown beside their health bar, and can also be viewed in the Monster Manual and dungeon descriptions.
Reputation Stores are now divided into two separate sections, accessible through the journey button on the lower-right corner of the map. This structural change allows smoother management of rewards and progress throughout the season.
The current CN update offers a preview of what Western players might expect, showing how new mechanics will reshape combat and advancement in upcoming updates.
Season 2 transforms Blue Protocol: Star Resonance with Dream Strength mechanics, reworked dungeons, and new progression systems that redefine gameplay balance and challenge.
