He brings over 20 years of international hospitality experience, having worked in ultra-luxury, lifestyle, and boutique hotels across the Middle East, Asia, Europe, and the United States.
Professional Background and Achievements
Before joining Creekside Hotel Dubai, Busschaert was General Manager for the MGallery Hotel Collection in Manila. He led the hotel's pre-opening phase, successfully positioning it as one of only five hotels featured in the Michelin Guide Philippines in both 2024 and 2025.
During his tenure, the hotel consistently scored above 95% in guest satisfaction and gained acclaim for its exceptional service culture and thoughtfully curated guest experiences.
