As the release of Now You See Me: Now You Don’t approaches on November 14, Lionsgate offers moviegoers a unique opportunity to take selfies with holographic versions of the film’s stars. This first-ever promotion will take place in 15 leading theaters nationwide.
Partnering with Proto Hologram technology, Lionsgate brings the illusionist characters portrayed by Jesse Eisenberg, Isla Fisher, Dave Franco, Justice Smith, and Ariana Greenblatt directly to the audience. The holograms mimic taking selfies with attendees, who can then download their photos using a QR code.
“This amazing technology borders on magic, so there’s no better way to anticipate the release of Now You See Me: Now You Don’t,” said Kevin Grayson, president of worldwide distribution for Lionsgate. “Get your selfies with the cast now, before they disappear.”
This holographic experience enhances fan engagement and builds excitement for the film’s premiere.
